LaChaundra Graham – President & CEO
LaChaundra Graham leads MBLI’s day-to-day operations and strategic planning. As President & CEO, she works closely with the Board of Directors to ensure that the school’s vision and mission are realized. LaChaundra’s experience in charter school management and educational leadership ensures that MBLI is positioned for long-term success.
Tracey Cooper – Vice President & Chief Academic Officer
Tracey Cooper is responsible for overseeing the academic programs at MBLI. She works alongside the Board and faculty to ensure that MBLI’s curriculum meets the needs of its students, with a focus on academic excellence, career readiness, and personal development.
Lynette Lee – Project Coordinator
Lynette Lee provides project management and operational support for MBLI’s key initiatives. She collaborates with the board and leadership team to ensure that new programs and facilities are developed and implemented effectively.

Board Meetings
The MBLI Board of Directors holds regular meetings on the last Friday of every month to discuss school policies, review financials, and assess the progress of the school’s strategic goals.
