At MBLI, we use Lotterease, a secure and transparent online lottery system, to manage student applications and enrollment fairly. Lotterease ensures an equitable admissions process by automating seat offers and waitlist placements without bias or manual selection.

How Lotterease Works

1️⃣ Application Submission – Families submit their student’s application through the Lotterease portal.
2️⃣ Lottery & Placement – If there are more applications than available seats, Lotterease conducts a randomized lottery to assign spots.
3️⃣ Notification Process – Families receive email notifications from Lotterease regarding their student's status:

• Accepted: Families receive an offer and must confirm their seat within a specified timeframe.

• Waitlisted: Families are placed on a ranked waitlist and will be notified if a seat becomes available.

4️⃣ Enrollment Completion – Once a seat is accepted, families will receive instructions on the next steps, including required documentation and deadlines.

Due to high demand, MBLI has reopened applications for Grade 7 for the 2025-2026 school year to provide more students with the opportunity to join our program.

However, Grade 6 remains closed as it has reached full capacity. Given the extensive waitlist, new Grade 6 applicants would have a very low chance of being selected. Families who previously applied for Grade 6 remain on the waitlist and will be contacted if a seat becomes available.
